We only sells diamonds that are 100% natural and untreated. Our International diamond certification provided with each diamond jewellery purchased is testimonial to the fact.

We use both natural and synthetic gemstones and the same is mentioned in the description page of the particular item. The pricing is based accordingly.

Q: How can I make sure the diamonds I receive are genuine and actually the diamonds I ordered?

We ship every loose diamond and diamond jewellery item with an independent GIA/IGI/EGL or AGS lab report. This report can be examined by a qualified gemologist and compared against the unique characteristics of your diamond.

Q: How often do you add new items to your inventory?

We add new diamond jewellery to our inventory on a weekly basis.

Q: What are conflict-free diamonds?

Conflict-free diamonds are gems that were not obtained due to human rights abuses, child labor, violence, or environmental degradation.

Q: How do I find my ring size?

Q: I have my own diamond but I'd like to purchase one of your settings. Can you set my diamond into a Addimon ring?

Yes! But we will not set diamond in the same as many rings cannot be manufactured unless we have the diamond in our possession. Tension settings, rings with diamond halos, and other unique designs fall into that category. Please provide us with the exact shape and millimeter dimensions of your diamond so we can include properly sized prongs.

Q: I saw a ring on your site, and I love it! Can I try it on?

After Purchase Questions

Q: What if I don't order the correct ring size?

Each customer is entitled to one free ring resizing (altering the same item to increase or reduce size) within 7 days of purchase. Please note that some of the bands and rings cannot be resized and must be completely remanufactured. We will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size in that case.

Q: Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?

Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids  exchange policy and lifetime warranty policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.


Q: Are there any hidden or extra costs?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay. We offer transparent pricing and even VAT is already included in the price mentioned.

Q: What is the credit card security code?

The security code is a 3 or 4 digit number that appears on your credit card. Visa and MasterCard users will find this code above the signature on the back of the card. American Express users will find this number on the top right of the front of the card.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit/ credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as cheques,DD and net banking transfers.

Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server. For security purposes, Addimon may request additional documentation (such as drivers license, photocopy of credit card, etc) on some transactions.

When paying by personal cheque & DD, order will be processed post clearance of the cheque.

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers.

Addimon jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof packing that ensures that the jewellery remains intact. Addimon jewellery is insured till it reaches your doorstep. However please note to not accept package that has been tampered or seal is broken.

Q: What is the estimated delivery time?

Few of items are always "Available in Stock". The same is shipped the next day of order.

Rest are manufactured post your order and same will be delivered within 15 working days.

Q: What if item is not delivered within 15 days?

The likelihood of same is unlikely, however if same happens we will be liable for penalty of 10% of total cost of item for the item purchased which will be paid in form of shopping voucher of Addimon.com.

Q: Are your shipments insured?

Yes. Our items are insured during transit. All purchases require an ID proof and signature at the time of delivery.

Q: Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?


Q: How long after I order will my item be shipped?

Loose diamonds are shipped within 7 days post processing of payment. All other jewelry and engagement rings will be shipped in 2-15 days, depending on the production schedule and availability of that item. Pls call us for exact timeline of delivery.

Q: I'd like to place an international order. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we don't ship outside India. However, we would start international shipping soon.

Q: What if I need an item urgently?

Rush orders are available. Please call our Customer Service Center at +91 9015 141 241 to find out if your order can be expedited.

Q: What if my jewelry gets lost during shipment?

Addimon takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely. Your order is insured during transit, and we require an ID proof and signature for all packages. Also pls ensure that you do not accept the courier/parcel if same is tampered or seal is open.

Return / Exchange Policy

Q: What is your exchange/return policy?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order you may exchange it within 30 days.

To exchange an item, simply contact our Customer Service department at service@addimon.com. Our representative will help you out with the same.

Q: Improperly packaged items:

Items sent to our office without a exchange number, packages shipped beyond the 30 day exchange period, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

Q: Damaged and Used Items:

Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused condition." Items showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweler other than Addimon will not be accepted.

Q: What if I want to return an item which is resized?

Any item which was processed for resizing for you will not be eligible for return.

Q: How long it takes to get refunds, if any?

Refund is processed within 10 to 15 working days and will be made through the same payment mode Example: If amount is deducted from credit card, then the refund will go back to account itself. In case of cheque, a cheque of the refund amount would be issues in your name.
Pls note that refund procedure starts only post receipt of item sent by you.

Q: I purchased a loose diamond from you. Do you have a buy back policy?

Yes. We have a two-year buy back policy. If you need to sell your diamond, we will buy back your loose diamond for 75% of the original purchase price. The diamond must be in original condition and accompanied by original laboratory grading document.

Please note that our buyback program only applies to loose GIA/IGI/EGL or AGS graded diamonds and does not apply to engagement rings or other fine jewelry.

Q: Do your 30 day exchange policy covers all products?

This policy doesn't apply to solitaires, engraved jewellery, customized jewellery and items offered on sale. Rest all products are covered under 30 day exchange policy

Jewellery Care

Q: What is covered by your lifetime warranty?

The lifetime warranty on your jewelry covers services like cleaning, polishing, prong tightening and rhodium plating. The shipping cost is to be borned by the buyer. The lifetime warranty does not cover the loss of diamonds.
